    Content Posted on the Site

• You understand and agree that Hastamelap.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Hastamelap.com violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Hastamelap.com and/or its Members.

• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the Hastamelap.com service, or transmit to other Hastamelap.com Members. Hastamelap.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Hastamelap.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Hastamelap.com may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

5. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files.
6. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).
7. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
8. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Obscene/Pornographic/Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.
10. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other use   

    Member Disputes

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Hastamelap.com Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other Hastamelap.com Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that Hastamelap.com shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other Hastamelap.com Members.

    Privacy

• Hastamelap.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, Hastamelap.com may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage.     Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hastamelap.com., its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

    Disclaimer Policy

• Hastamelap.com is not responsible for any incorrect / inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Hastamelap.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipments or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Hastamelap.com Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will Hastamelap.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Hastamelap.com matrimony site or transmitted to Hastamelap.com matrimony members. The exchange of matrimonial profile through or by Hastamelap.com site should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Hastamelap.com.

1. You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.

3. Registered members of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site.
